Miniaturized Single-Point LiDAR Module LS-X1A is a fully integrated, single-channel dToF ranging mini module. It integrates a high-sensitivity infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor with a measurement range of up to 20 m. By adopting a fully integrated SPAD chip solution, histogram-based ranging algorithms, and a high-speed TDC architecture, the module achieves high-precision distance measurement while offering strong ambient light immunity of up to 15 m @ 100 kLux. In addition, it features reflectivity compensation for improved measurement accuracy.
